FEENEY'S SIGNATURE COCKTAILS
Salted Caramel Milkshake
- 30ml Feeney’s Irish Cream
- 20ml The Dubliner Honeycomb Liqueur
- 2½ scoops of Vanilla Ice-cream
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds. Pour milkshake into a milk bottle glass and add a Feeney’s straw. Garnish with sprinkles of a Crunchie, Twirl or Flake.
- 50ml Feeney’s Irish Cream
- 25ml espresso coffee
- 25ml premium vodka
- Coffee beans
Using your cocktail shaker, shake all the ingredients well with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans.
- 40ml Feeney’s Irish Cream
- 10ml Cointreau
- 2 Maraschino Cherries
- Orange Peel
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Muddle the ingredients into a rocks glass and add cubed ice. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and orange peel on a stick.
- 100ml Feeney’s Irish Cream
- 1 cup Freshly Brewed Coffee
- 1 teaspoon of Whipped Cream
- Grated Chocolate
In a large latte glass, pour in Feeney’s and top up with coffee. For an extra treat, add a dollop of whipped cream and some grated chocolate.
- 30ml Feeney’s Irish Cream
- 20ml The Dubliner Liberties Oak Devil
- 15ml Gingerbread syrup
- 40ml Double Cream
- Ground Nutmeg
Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with some ground nutmeg
