A collaboration with our Dublin 8 neighbours, this magnificent whiskey is inspired by the Old-Fashioned cocktail. We finished the Dubliner Whiskey in beer barrels once filled with blonde ale brewed with star anise, orange peel and zest.
Resulting in a whiskey that is fun, exuberant and bursting with flavour.

TASTING NOTES
Nose
Orange sherbet, orange zest and citrus sweetness.
PALATE
Star anise, maple syrup, roasted pecans, red cherries and dark chocolate.
FINISH
Soft but well bodied with a medium finish. Bright citrus notes dance until the end, with a hint of pepper and chocolate.
