Dubliner Oak + Smoke

A New Twist on Irish Whiskey

The Dubliner family has welcomed an exciting new addition: The Dubliner Oak + Smoke, a contemporary Irish whiskey that brings a touch of smoke without losing the smooth, approachable character that defines the brand.

The whiskey recently received an enthusiastic reception at a special tasting hosted at The Dublin Liberties Distillery for members of the Aviators Whiskey Club, one of Ireland’s largest and most influential whiskey communities. Guests were among the first to experience Oak + Smoke, with the positive feedback reinforcing its appeal as an approachable introduction to smoky whiskey.

Created for those who are curious about peat but not looking for an overpowering experience, Oak + Smoke delivers a gentle flirtation with smoke. Bold enough to intrigue, yet smooth enough to enjoy all evening.

At its heart lies the signature sweetness of The Dubliner. A portion of the blend is finished in casks that previously held peated whiskey, allowing hints of smoke and charred oak to complement rather than dominate the spirit. The result is a smooth balance of honeyed sweetness, warming spice and subtle smokiness.

Crafted for Curious Drinkers

Dreamt and distilled from the finest Irish grain and malt whiskeys at The Dublin Liberties Distillery, The Dubliner Oak + Smoke reflects the brand’s modern, playful approach to Irish whiskey.

Rather than chasing intense peat, Oak + Smoke introduces smoke with a lighter touch, offering a bridge between traditional Irish whiskey and smoky styles. It’s a whiskey with flair, made for sharing, mixing and discovering, whether enjoyed neat, over ice or in a favourite serve.

Available exclusively at Dublin Airport’s Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, and directly from The Dublin Liberties Distillery, both in our distillery shop and online.
