Whiskey Live Dublin 2026 was a major moment for Dublin Liberties Distillery and Dubliner Irish Whiskey.
Across two packed
days and four busy sessions, we brought both brands back into the room with confidence, character and plenty of flavour. From the moment the doors opened, our stand was buzzing with whiskey fans, trade guests and familiar faces discovering, rediscovering and reconnecting with our range.
For us, Whiskey Live was more than just another tasting event. It was a chance to show people that Dublin Liberties Distillery is still here, still moving forward and still making Irish whiskey with real personality.
A Strong Line-Up of Irish Whiskey
Our Whiskey Live 2026 line-up featured some of the best-loved expressions from both Dubliner Irish Whiskey and Dublin Liberties Whiskey.
Guests had the chance to taste Dubliner Bourbon Cask, Dubliner Honeycomb and Dubliner Fiery Irish, alongside Dublin Liberties Oak Devil, Copper Alley and Keeper’s Coin.
The reaction was fantastic. People loved the smoothness, depth and character of the whiskeys, along with the stories behind each bottle. It was a strong reminder that when the liquid is good, people stop, listen and come back for more.

Frozen Irish Coffee and Dubliner Cooler Steal the Show
This year, we also brought something different to Whiskey Live with two bespoke frozen cocktails: the Frozen Irish Coffee and the Dubliner Cooler.
Both serves were a serious hit across the weekend. They gave guests a fresh, fun and unexpected way to enjoy Dubliner Irish Whiskey, and quickly became one of the biggest talking points at the stand.
Across the four sessions, we served more than 800 frozen cocktail samples. The response proved that Irish whiskey cocktails still have huge room to grow, especially when they are served in a way that feels fresh, approachable and full of flavour.

Energy, Atmosphere and Plenty of Dubliner Character
Alongside the whiskey and cocktails, the Dubliner photo mechanic added another layer of energy to the stand. It pulled people in, created great moments and gave guests something fun to take away from the experience.
Between the whiskeys, the frozen cocktails and the atmosphere, the stand had exactly the kind of energy we wanted: lively, welcoming and full of character.

A Big Team Effort
A huge shout out to Monica Ho, Lim Shuhui and Michael Lloyd for all the support throughout the event.
A special thank you also goes to James DiGiulio, who helped from day one right through to the final minute. The stand would not have landed the way it did without a strong team behind it. Plus a big shout out to Celtic Whiskey Shop for the flawless organisation and our partners from 360 Stage for the photo mechanic.

Dublin Liberties Distillery at Whiskey Live 2026
Whiskey Live Dublin 2026 gave us the opportunity to remind both the public and the trade that Dublin Liberties Distillery and Dubliner Irish Whiskey are very much still here.
The feedback was strong, honest and encouraging. People were excited to see us back in the room, tasting the liquid, talking about the brands and asking where they could find the products.
We came in ready, backed the brands, poured great Irish whiskey, served standout frozen cocktails and made sure people remembered us.
